1. Processing Time All orders will be processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Handmade products require careful inspection before shipment, slight delay during peak seasons is normal.
2. Shipping Time United States: 5–12 business days International orders: 10–25 business days (depending on customs and local logistics)
3. Customs & Duties International customers may be subject to local customs duties and taxes, which are borne by the buyer. We are not responsible for customs delays or local tariff policies.
