We stand behind the quality of all Sundayhalo handmade headwear and accessories. We offer a friendly return and refund policy to ensure your pleasant shopping experience.
1. Return Eligibility Customers can apply for return or exchange within 10 days after receiving the goods. Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged and kept in original packaging. Handmade products with man-made damage or worn traces are not eligible for return.
2. Return Process Please contact our customer service via support@sundayhalo.com to get a return authorization before sending back items. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
3. Refund Rules After we receive and inspect your returned items, the refund will be processed within 3–7 business days. The refund will be returned to your original payment account. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the items have quality problems or delivery errors on our side.
4. Defective Items If you receive defective, damaged or wrong items, please contact us within 7 days after delivery. We offer free replacement or full refund for responsible quality issues.
